Our automotive solutions are designed for the future of green and intelligent transportation, committed to offering a one-stop chip solution for in-vehicle charging, smart cockpit, smart driving, and body control. Rooted in client R&D scenarios, we continuously iterate customized designs based on client applications, helping them more quickly design products with higher efficiency, higher integration, and higher level of safety in core automotive applications.
We provide protection IC solutions for single and multi-string batteries, supporting over-voltage, under-voltage, over-current, over-temperature, under-temperature and other state detection, as well as corresponding protection actions. For different cell requirements and terminal application characteristics, we provide different solutions in terms of detection accuracy, protection logic, and power consumption management to meet a wide range of product requirements.
We provide a wide range of DC-DC products, including general-purpose DC-DC (boost, buck, buck-boost) with integrated inductors, new charge pump DC-DC with integrated capacitors, and load switch products designed for USB ports. The products cover different voltage ranges and power ranges, efficiently converting the input DC voltage into the required output voltage, providing reliable and stable voltage output for electronic devices in the consumer, automotive, industrial and other fields.
We provide highly integrated and efficient AC-DC flyback power supplies that can reduce the number of external components and reduce the size of end products through GaN direct drive. At the same time, we provide common control modules in AC-DC, including power factor correction (PFC) controllers and synchronous rectifiers for secondary drive circuits (power MOSFETs can be integrated), to improve the efficiency and reliability of end products such as power adapters and fast-charging mobile power supplies.
We offer a wide range of USB-PD controller products, including Type-C protocol controllers, PD SoCs, and other products. Our protocol controllers integrate a 32-bit MCU internally, with NVM sizes ranging from 24kB to 128kB, supporting the number of ports ranging from 1 to 4, and roles from Source Only, Sink Only to DRP. All these different products provides high-performance controller solutions for USB port products such as travel chargers, car chargers, power banks, power tools, and smart devices.
General PMIC:The Buck general PMIC delivers high-efficiency, compact power solutions for general-purpose power applications. SSD PMIC:Multi-channel power management IC integrating 4 Buck converters and 2 LDOs, designed for Gen5 client solid-state drives (SSDs). LPDDRX PMIC:Dedicated power management IC for LPDDR integrating multiple high-efficiency Buck converters, load switches and LDOs. Compliant with JEDEC standards, it integrates sequence control and comprehensive fault protection functions to simplify system implementation.

Our products integrate high-efficiency synchronous rectification, low-impedance power devices, high-accuracy current sensing, FOD, ASK/FSK communication, Q detection, protection features, and software protocol support, helping customers achieve wireless charging designs with high efficiency, low temperature rise, compact size, and strong compatibility.
The Motor Driver portfolio provides a comprehensive range of solutions spanning sensing feedback, control processing, and power actuation. The product family includes Optical Image Stabilization (OIS) drivers, closed-loop autofocus drivers, motor control MCUs, and motor control power-stage solutions. Combining advanced control algorithms, efficient drive architectures, and system-level integration capabilities, these products deliver high-precision positioning, fast dynamic response, low-power operation, and robust reliability.
