The SC77104A9Q is a fully-protected single channel smart high side driver qualified in automotive grade. Full diagnostics and high accuracy current sense enable intelligent control of the load even in harsh conditions. It integrates a one-channel 4mΩ MOSFET in a compact package size with advanced protections of overload protection, dynamic thermal swing shutdown, absolute thermal shutdown. Auto-restart or fault latch-off mode in fault events can be configured by an external /FaultRST pin. A multiplexed pin delivers proportional current sense signals or fault indications in both Normal Operation Mode and OFF-State diagnostics.
