The SC77216CQ is a fully-protected dual channel smart high side driver qualified in automotive grade. Full diagnostics and high accuracy current sense of each channel enable intelligent control of the load even in harsh conditions. It integrates two 16mΩ MOSFETs in a compact package size with advanced protections of overload protection, dynamic thermal swing shutdown, absolute thermal shutdown. It features intelligent restart control mode in fault events. A multiplexed pin delivers proportional current sense signals or fault indications in both Active Mode and Standby Mode.
