SCS8110

SCS8110 是一款集成路径霍尔效应电流传感器,具有业界出色的导通电阻、精度、响应速度和寿命稳定性。器件检测原边电流在集成路径上产生的磁场,由此产生与电流大小成正比的模拟输出电压信号。SCS8110 采用差分霍尔结构以抑制外部共模干扰磁场,同时提供精密参考电压 REF 输出和 OUT 输出构成差分信号,进一步增强了器件在复杂电磁环境下的抗干扰能力。芯片内部集成精密温度补偿和应力补偿电路,在温度和寿命范围内提供最大灵敏度误差小于3%,满足绝大多数电流传感场景使用。
