The SC77230AQ is a fully-protected dual channel smart high side driver qualified in automotive grade. Full diagnostics and high accuracy current sense of each channel enable intelligent control of the load even in harsh conditions. It integrates two 30mΩ MOSFETs in a compact package size with advanced protections of overload protection, dynamic thermal swing shutdown, absolute thermal shutdown. Auto-restart or fault latch-off mode in overtemperature events can be configured by an external /FaultRST pin. It also features chip junction-temperature and supply-voltage sensing outputs for more precise driver-status monitoring. A multiplexed pin delivers proportional current sense signals or fault indications in both Normal Operation Mode and OFF-State diagnostics.
