36V/4A, Low IQ Buck Converter

The SC81440 is a synchronous Buck converter family with a wide input voltage from 3V to 36V. The SC81440 regulates the output voltage at customized voltage by setting the divider resistors. It provides up to 4A of highly efficient output current with current mode control with fast loop response. The SC81440 is specifically designed for universal applications. The device incorporates spread spectrum, QFN package, symmetrical pinout to optimize the EMI performance. Up to 2.2MHz switching frequency could help avoid noise sensitive frequency. The SC81440 employs peak current mode control scheme. The switching frequency could be synchronized to an external clock. The SC81440 offers output over-voltage protection, cycle by-cycle peak current limit, output short circuit protection, and thermal shutdown protection. The SC81440 is available in 14-pin 4mm X 3.5mm QFN package.
