The SC77108CQ is a fully-protected single channel smart high side driver qualified in automotive grade. Full diagnostics and high accuracy current sense enable intelligent control of the load even in harsh conditions. It integrates a one-channel 8mΩ MOSFET in a compact package size with advanced protections of overload protection, dynamic thermal swing shutdown, absolute thermal shutdown. It features intelligent restart control mode in fault events. A multiplexed pin delivers proportional current sense signals or fault indications in both Active Mode and Standby Mode.
