SC89622

The SC89622 is a 1.5MHz highly integrated switch-mode buck charger for single-cell Li-ion battery applications and NVDC system power path management. It separates the system load and charging current, and allows the system to power up with a deeply depleted battery. The system can draw power from VBUS, VBAT, or both. It supports a 3.9V to 13.5V input, charging current up to 3.5A, and battery charge management functions including trickle charge, constant-current charge, constant-voltage charge, charge termination, automatic recharge, and charging status indication.
