SC2007A
A fast charging protocol controller that supports 2C1A DRP applications
The SC2007A is a fast charging controller that supports 2C1A DRP ports. It supports all mainstream fast charging protocols and features CC and DPDM interfaces. Its target applications include power banks, car chargers, and power tools, among others.
By integrating Type-C/PD circuits, DPDM/UFCS circuits and other fast charging protocol circuits, as well as VBUS discharge paths, voltage and current detection, an 11-bit high-performance ADC, two 11-bit DACs, NMOS gate drivers, an I2C interface, and protection circuits, the SC2007A minimizes the number of external components. It is equipped with a 32-bit high-performance microcontroller, featuring 64KB flash and 8KB SRAM, providing a cost-effective solution for a variety of applications.
The SC2007A supports a variety of protection mechanisms, including overvoltage protection, undervoltage protection, overcurrent protection, short-circuit protection, overtemperature protection, DPDM overvoltage protection, CC overvoltage protection, and VCONN overvoltage/overcurrent/short-circuit protection, effectively ensuring stable and reliable system operation.
