Multi-channel power management IC integrating 4 Buck converters and 2 LDOs, designed for Gen5 client solid-state drives (SSDs).

Overview

This IC provides multiple power rails for SSD solutions, powering the cores and interfaces of NAND flash and SOC. Each Buck converter delivers a maximum current of 4 A, while each LDO outputs up to 400 mA. In addition, the IC configures power-on and power-off sequencing for all channels per system requirements to ensure reliable system operation.
