Single Channel 20-mΩ Smart High Side Driver with Advanced Protections and Diagnostics
SC77120AQ
The SC77120AQ is a fully-protected single channel smart
high side driver qualified in automotive grade. Full
diagnostics and high accuracy current sense of each
channel enable intelligent control of the load even in harsh
conditions. It integrates single channel 20mΩ MOSFETs in
a compact package size with advanced protections of load
current limitation, dynamic thermal swing shutdown,
absolute thermal shutdown. Auto-restart or fault latch-off
mode in over temperature events can be configured by an
external /FaultRST pin. Besides, it features chip junction
temperature and supply voltage sense output to monitor the
driver status more precisely. A multiplexed pin delivers
these analog signals and the digital signal of fault indication
for over temperature in on-state and open load in off-state.
