USB-PD SSR Flyback Controller
SC300X series are used for low frequency MOSFET USB-PD solution . It has the the features of frequency jittering and smartdriving function can minimize the noise and improve EMI performance.
SC3021x and SC3022x, integrated segmented power supply mode, single-winding power supply, no complex power supply circuit; built-in high-voltage startup and AC input Brown In/Out function; integrated X-cap discharge function to meet various high-frequency QR fast charging needs . Combined with the high-frequency secondary rectifier SC3503 suitable for GaN, the product performance can be comprehensively improved to achieve high efficiency and high power density.
